• Optimizing the building schedule by making strategic staffing decisions
• Removing a specific point of friction in the associate experience or daily routine
• Identifying the root cause of a facility safety incident
• Managing an entire shift, cheering your team on to success
• Utilizing data to identify loss and problem solving to remove or minimize the loss
• Researching, planning, and presenting a project that could make a lasting impact on the facility and, potentially, the entire network

YOUR SCHEDULE WILL BE: The 10-week internship program is a dynamic mix of fun, hands-on experience, and project analysis:

• Week 1: Shareholder's Week (Bentonville, AR)
• Week 2 - 9: Monday - Friday day shift for 7 weeks, Monday - Friday overnight shift for 1 week (In facility)
• Week 10: Project Exposition (Location varies)

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 year's Microsoft Office experience. Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or other area of focus relevant to the Supply Chain industry.
