    This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Marketing/Social Media Coordinator for approximately 20 hours/week.

    The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day administrative oversight of our three unique restaurant concepts, comprising high-volume sports bar catering events, event-driven quick-service operations, and more elegant, detailed dining services:

    The Post (thepostphl.com), Sunset Social (sunsetsocialphl.com), and Walnut Street Cafe (walnutstreetcafe.com)

    Position:

    • Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

    Start/End Date:

    • Immediately

    Time commitment:

    • Target is 20 hours/week (40% on-site work required 60% work from home; flipped ratio to start)

    Expertise:

    • Canva, Instagram, basic photography, public relations, programming, graphic design, and imagery
    • Microsoft Office, the Google Suite,
    • 7Shifts, Upserve, Triple Seat, Tock, Toast, and other software
    • Social media strategy
    • Social media monthly calendar creation and posting
    • Copy and content generation
    • Social Engagement
    • On-site photoshoots
    • Track engagements ad analytics

    Scope:

    • Population and scheduling of monthly social media calendar for The Post, Sunset Social, Walnut Street Café, and The Commons
    • Create copy for The Post, Sunset Social, Walnut Street Café, and The Commons social media calendar
    • Schedule and oversee weekly photoshoots at each location
    • Take photographs weekly at on-site photoshoots to populate social media calendars for The Post, Sunset Social, The Commons, and Walnut Street Café
    • Utilize our brand identity to design menus for upcoming events at each location
    • Attend weekly PR meetings
    • Attend weekly one on one meetings w/Director of Operations
    • Attend weekly operations meeting with the Management team
    • Track and update task list in Asana
    • Receive content for stories from our onsite team to populate into Instagram.
    • Collaborate on event marketing initiatives
