    Job Description

    Waltonen and its group of companies are actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing material and assets for marketing campaigns and promotions, including but not limited to literature, mailers, email blasts, and landing pages
    • Optimize, update, design and develop websites
    • Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources to ensure brand consistency
    • Design, develop, schedule, and analyze social posts
    • Design, develop, schedule, and analyze eblasts
    • Provide analytic reports from multiple web, social, and eblast platforms
    • Maintain an ongoing awareness of current design trends and best practices, as well as a commitment to your own personal growth and development
    • Work independently and communicate effectively across the organization with multiple cross-functional team members
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to determine campaign strategy and appropriate channels to meet campaign and business objectives
    • Send creative to external clients for approval and include recommendations and rationale
    • Ensure on-time deployment of communications – primarily email, social, and web pages

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising (or related field)
    • Social Media experience
    • Ideally 4 plus years’ experience
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Strong graphic design skills.
    • Writing skills
    • Ability to understand highly technical information and determine go-to-market strategies

    BENEFICIAL ATTRIBUTES:

    • Copywriting experience
    • Any kind of engineering and/or manufacturing marketing background is a plus
    • Experience in Salesforce
