    Summary

    The Senior Construction Accountant performs full-cycle accounting and reporting tasks related to Wan Bridge Groups Construction and Development entities and their interests in land, development, and operating properties. This position reports to the SVP of Accounting and requires an individual who is highly competent in an organization and prioritizing tasks while staying committed to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines. Duties/Responsibilities

    Perform month-end close process, including preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations (including bank reconciliations and inter-company accounts), journal entries, account analysis and monthly financial statement review for various Corporate and Ownership entities.

    Maintain and track fixed assets including recording transactions for capitalization, sales, and transfers.

    Prepare month-end, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting packages, including the results of Construction and Development operations, for wholly-owned and joint-venture properties to management, lenders and investor partners.

    Prepare property and entity billings from Construction credit cards and Construction paid invoices.

    Review or prepare the monthly calculation of construction management and development fees earned for both Horizontal and Vertical construction projects.

    Perform treasury management functions including management of online accounts, wire administration, daily cash reconciliations and cash flow projections.

    Review coding of accounts payable invoices

    Prepare monthly lender and investor draw packages.

    Prepare annual audit work papers and coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and or tax return preparation.

    All other duties assigned by Senior Management

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 4-6 years of property accounting experience required.

    Solid understanding of accounting processes.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and related products.

    Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    Interact effectively as part of a team.

    Handle a dynamic work environment with competing priorities.
