We are looking for professional, detail oriented individuals to join us as Remote Vacation Coordinators.

You will research and book all travel plans and accommodations meeting requirements of the client.. The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.

You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors, and suppliers to be able to book travel. Get familiar with different destinations, to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Engage with potential clients to ensure you meet the client's needs.
• Stay up to date with all required training.
• Respond promptly to all travel inquiries.
• Make sure to stay within the client's budget.
• Follow up with the travel industry and upcoming changes such as travel restrictions, etc.
• Follow up with the client before, after, and while on the trip to make sure there are no issues, or make sure they are happy with their trip and overall experience.
