CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
PART-TIME TRANSITION TO FULL-TIME

Avenue Health is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Rep officially called an "Avenue Experience Coordinator" to perform outbound calls to our customers to explain the program and to support them in getting set up on our product as well as providing customer support when needed. This position is 100% remote based and will start off as part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
Avenue Health is an innovative digital health company focused on the provision of remote-patient monitoring services to Medicare and Medicaid patients. We are on a mission to change the way people with chronic illness navigate their healthcare through the use of health coaching and technology. As an Avenue Experience Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team with the main responsibility of performing patient engagement activities to scale enrollment in the Avenue Cares program.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Performing various patient outreach engagement activities
· Managing Avenue’s customer relationship management system
· Enrollment data management
· Digital device management
· Managing enrollment workflows
· Managing inbound customer support calls and providing technical assistance to patients
· Marketing and social media support services
· Administrative support to leadership team
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in a call-center environment (1 Year)
· Experience in customer service (1 Year)
· Experience working in a healthcare environment (1 Year)
· Healthcare sales experience or training a plus
· Interest and passion in helping older adults navigate technology
· Proficiency with technology, smart phones and mobile apps
· Familiarity with iPhones and Android devices
· Self-directed, with the ability to work in a highly organized fashion to maximize productivity
· Experience with most popular social media platforms and with RingCentral phone platform a plus
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, highly professional and customer service oriented
