Responsibilities: Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Qualifications: Real estate license or pursuing required Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
