Customer Service Rep – Print & Sign Shop
We’re looking for a people-first problem solver to join our fast-paced print and sign shop. You’ll help customers in person, on the phone, and by email—guiding them from idea to finished project.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers & manage incoming calls/emails
Provide quotes & keep projects moving
Handle light production (copying, binding, finishing)
Keep details organized while juggling multiple jobs
What We Need:
Great communication skills (in person, phone, email)
Computer & internet savvy
Ability to lift 30 lbs. & stay on your feet
Proactive, quick learner who thrives under pressure
Bonus Points For:
Print/sign or graphic design experience
Adobe Creative Suite or MS Office skills
Social media know-how
