The Opportunity
They’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join their high-performance sales team and help drive top-of-funnel pipeline for one of the fastest-growing B2B marketplaces in the U.S.
As an early GTM hire, you'll work directly with the Head of Growth and CEO to bring in mid-market and enterprise deals. You won’t just book meetings — you’ll help architect outbound strategy, learn to close, and level up into an AE role within 3–6 months (or faster, if you earn it).
Their current sales hires are already closing 6-figure contracts. Your job is to make sure they have more of them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and prospect high-value targets across tech, AI, and enterprise sectors
Run outbound campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized videos
Partner with GTM leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound plays
Help codify the sales motion that will scale us through our next 10x
Earn a fast-track path to Account Executive (closing role), with full support
You’ll Be a Fit If You...
Have 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, banking, or consulting
Were a top performer (top 10–20%) in previous roles — and can prove it
Have cold-outbounded your way into a job, deal, or opportunity you had no business getting
