The Fixed Assets and Real Estate Accounting Supervisor is responsible for leading activities related to fixed assets: close procedures, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, maintaining a strong control environment and other activities necessary to support consolidated financial statements. Involves major responsibility for the recording and analyzing of all Fixed Assets and capital (i.e. property equipment) and intangible assets of the department. Maintenance of leased property working with Executive Director to support Real Estate functions.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related industry.

Experience 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry experience with progressive management experience in the accounting function.

Competencies Extensive knowledge of U.S GAAP and financial statements
