Warehouse Associate – Full-Time Bloomington

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a small family owned manufacturing business with a long-tenured team. We are actively looking to hire immediately.

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including:

· Picking and packing orders

· Receiving shipments

· Packaging and labeling products

· Inventory support

· General warehouse duties

Forklift experience stronger preferred.

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Comfortable climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

· Basic math skills

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Team-focused mindset — looking for someone who wants to contribute, not just “log hours”
