ActivStars Athletics is looking for an energetic, dependable, and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference in the lives of children and teens, we'd love to hear from you.

ActivStars Athletics provides youth enrichment and martial arts programs serving families throughout a six-state region. Every day, our team works together to inspire confidence, character, and success in thousands of young students.

Position Details

1. Part-Time
2. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
3. Occasional weekends for special events
4. Starting at $17.00 per hour
5. ****Location: North Scottsdale , Arizona
6. Professional, small warehouse and office environment

Primary Responsibilities

1. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
2. Restock merchandise and organize inventory
3. Process customer returns and exchanges
4. Answer customer phone calls and assist with order inquiries
5. Prepare supplies and equipment for special events and tournaments
6. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
8. Perform general warehouse and office support duties as needed

Qualifications

1. Strong organizational and time management skills
2. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds
3. Attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
5. Comfortable using computers and shipping software
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
8. Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

1. Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience
2. Customer service experience
3. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
