Casa Gusto – West Palm Beach, FL

Casa Gusto is seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing incoming inventory, preparing and exporting outgoing inventory, shipping daily via UPS, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred, and forklift experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory

Prepare and export outgoing inventory accurately and efficiently

Count and track inventory to ensure accuracy

Pack and ship orders daily using UPS

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety

Move, lift, load, and unload products as needed

Assist with overall warehouse operations and workflow

Help ensure all shipments are processed on time

Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies

Support team operations and take initiative where needed

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred

Management or supervisory experience is a plus for manager-level applicants

Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Comfortable using shipping systems such as UPS

Ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday

Must be able to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly

Must be comfortable performing physical warehouse duties in an active environment

Schedule

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday work available
