Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our fence company’s daily operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, handling shipping and receiving, and assisting with fence fabrication and installation when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and advance into other departments as they develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
• Prepare and ship outgoing materials and orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Operate and use hand tools and basic power tools
• Assist with building, assembling, and erecting fences when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other departments as needed as skills and experience grow

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
• Basic understanding of inventory management, or willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Previous warehouse, construction, or fencing experience is a plus, but not required
