Immediate Opening for a Warehouse Associate in Dallas.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate s responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations related to IT asset processing, inventory management, and logistics. This role ensures safe handling of customer equipment, accurate tracking of assets, and efficient workflow from inbound receipt through final disposition.
Key Responsibilities
·Warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, processing, data wiping and shipping IT assets
· Ensure proper chain-of-custody and asset tracking for all inbound equipment
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners
· Maintain accurate inventory in asset tracking systems
· Oversee pallet staging, storage layout, and warehouse organization
· Ensure data-bearing devices are routed correctly for data destruction
· Monitor productivity and workflow efficiency
· Ensure safe operation of pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
· Assist with customer pickups, truck loading, and unloading
· experience using PC and Computer Skills required
Experience working in a prior recycling electronic facility is a plus.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of warehouse experience required
· Prior experience working in a prior recycling electronic facility is a plus.
· Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, or reverse logistics preferred
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Experience with inventory or asset tracking systems
·Pallet Jack experience is required
· Strong attention to detail and chain-of-custody awareness
· Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, shipping software)
