Schedule: Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM — built-in overtime hours means bigger paychecks

Our client, a stable Verdi manufacturer, is hiring Forge Press Operators for 2nd shift with hands-on training provided. No forging experience required: if you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn, they'll teach you the trade and give you a temp-to-hire path to a long-term career.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment
• Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers
• Operate trim presses and other equipment as trained
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements for quality
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred — not required
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Comfort around machinery, noise, heat, and industrial equipment
• Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling experience a plus
• Physical readiness: standing all shift, frequent 50-lb lifts, repetitive movement
