We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with advanced forklift operating experience to join our Southern California team. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone who thrives in a physical, fast-paced environment and values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in forklift operation (sit-down and/or stand-up) and able to handle material loading, unloading, and movement safely and effectively. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day warehouse operations, working under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts with skill and safety (load/unload trucks, move heavy materials, organize inventory)
Receive, stage, and organize incoming materials
Pull and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Work cooperatively with team members and take direction from management
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, moving, and stacking products
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
Forklift experience is required (certification preferred)
Ability to safely operate forklifts in tight and fast-paced environments
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working on your feet throughout the day
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some flexibility or overtime may be required)
Benefits
PTO: 5 days (40 hours) of paid time off per year
Begins accruing after 90 days of employment
Accrual rate: 0.01923 hours per hour worked
Accrued PTO can be used within 90 days of earning it
Health Benefits: Not currently available, but planned for the near future
