    Job Summary

    We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate/Clerk for an hourly, non-exempt position to handle incoming shipments and inventory processing. This role is responsible for scanning barcodes, using ERP and warehouse management systems, and ensuring received goods are accurately accounted for, properly stored, or dispatched. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong English and computer proficiency.

    Responsibilities

    Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using barcode scanners.

    Match shipments to purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices; reconcile discrepancies.

    Enter accurate data into ERP or warehouse management systems.

    Process vendor credits and support invoice reconciliation with accounting.

    Ensure goods are labeled, stored, or dispatched to the appropriate area.

    Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas.

    Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.

    Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve receiving issues.

    Follow all safety and operational procedures consistently.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving, warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment.

    Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and ERP/WMS software.

    Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse documentation.

    Basic accounting knowledge (goods invoicing, reconciliation, vendor credit processing).

    Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs], operate warehouse equipment, and stand/walk for long periods.

    Forklift certification is a plus.
