The Role
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.
What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries of AV and technology equipment
Pick, pack, and stage materials for installation teams heading to job sites
Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
Organize and label warehouse shelving and storage areas
Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on daily priorities and outgoing orders
Process returns and document any damaged or incorrect items
Support the team with loading and unloading vehicles
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills — comfortable with inventory or tracking software
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
What We Offer
$41,500 – $48,500 per year, depending on experience
Full-time schedule Monday – Friday

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in ESC projects or equivalent warehouse/operations positions.
Excellent communication skills.
Great relationship management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Extremely effective time-management skills.
Mental capacity to handle pressure.
Ability to work on your feet 40-50% of your day.
Capability to lift up to 100-pound items, as needed.
