Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)

GMAN is a national apparel brand supplying high-quality basics like t-shirts and everyday essentials to retailers across the U.S. We’re looking for a dependable and bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Tampa facility and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

Unload deliveries and receive incoming inventory

Schedule and coordinate with freight carriers

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies

Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Occasional overtime during busy seasons
