Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, delivering/picking up material, & tracking inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion

Load and unload trucks

Deliver to and pick up material from vendors and jobsites (this job requires daily driving to different cities within the SoCal area)

General warehouse organization & cleaning

Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for any damages, defects, or errors

Stage flooring materials according to work orders

Track inventory accurately

Take company vehicles in for maintenance when needed

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

MUST have a High school diploma/GED

MUST have a Valid Driver's License

MUST pass a standard background check

Bi-lingual (able to adequately speak & understand Spanish)

Previous flooring experience is preferred

Ability to use warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Experience with a Zebra Scanner for inventory tracking is a plus

Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects

Ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented
