About the Role:

Join Culligan of Charlotte & Hickory as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional water solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a leading water treatment company.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment to customers.

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order discrepancies.

Occasional assisting field personnel with large projects/jobs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Valid forklift certification is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
