Full-Time | Non-Exempt | On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Wheat Ridge team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect merchandise for damage or defects
- Break down pallets and stage products in designated receiving areas
- Accurately stock products into proper warehouse shelf and bin locations
- Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and internal systems
- Pull customer orders accurately by locating correct aisle and bin locations
- Verify product and quantity prior to order processing
- Package finished goods using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery
- Follow company and carrier packaging guidelines
- Assist with inventory organization and overstock placement as needed
- Support overall warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using RF scanners
- Basic math skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass company drug screening

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Continuous repetitive hand motion
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Compensation
The recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $19-21 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
