What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, communicates clearly, and stays organized while managing multiple tasks. This role works directly with customers, delivery drivers, and internal departments, so professionalism and a positive attitude are important. Key Responsibilities
Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials.
Unload freight and verify incoming shipments.
Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
Operate pallet jacks; forklift operation preferred.
Provide excellent customer service to delivery drivers and customers.
Work closely with internal departments to support order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
Use basic technology tools for inventory, communication, and order tracking.
Enter and update information in warehouse systems (Eclipse experience a plus).
Required Skills & Abilities
Pallet jack experience (required).
The ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day is required.
Proficiency with computers and technology required.
Proficiency in reading and writing is required.
Gmail experience preferred.
Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
Reliability—must be able to work a full 8-hour shift consistently.
Strong customer service skills when interacting with drivers and customers.
Team player with a positive, coachable attitude.
Preferred Experience
RF picking and receiving experience.
Forklift certification.
Freight unloading experience.
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (Eclipse preferred).
Bilingual in Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits
$19–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

All new hires start with a 90-day probationary period. During these 90 days, no overtime will be offered. No PTO should be accumulated during this period. Additionally, no company benefits, such as holiday pay, will be provided. Continued employment beyond 90 days depends on performance, attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
