  • Responsibilities

    Position Summary

    The Warehouse Associate – Inbound supports daily warehouse operations related to receiving, replenishment, product organization, and inventory flow. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and replenished for outbound operations.

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday

    8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Overtime as needed based on operational requirements

    Core Responsibilities

    Receiving & Inbound Support

    Assist with unloading and receiving inbound shipments

    Verify product quantities and condition upon arrival

    Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies to leadership

    Assist with receiving paperwork and product identification

    Replenishment & Put-Away

    Replenish pick locations from overstock inventory

    Perform put-away of inbound products into designated locations

    Ensure products are properly rotated and organized

    Warehouse Organization

    Consolidate partial pallets and organize overstock inventory

    Perform go-backs and return misplaced products to proper locations

    Maintain clean aisles, staging areas, and warehouse organization

    Assist with pallet management and floor clearing

    Inventory Support

    Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as needed

    Help identify inventory discrepancies and location issues

    Ensure bin locations remain accurate and accessible

    General Warehouse Support

    Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely

    Assist other warehouse team members as operational needs require

    Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational standards

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    This is a hands-on warehouse role requiring frequent walking, lifting, bending, and standing

    Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs as needed

    Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with thousands of SKUs

    Qualifications

    Reliable attendance and punctuality

    Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

    Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Previous warehouse experience preferred

    Forklift certification preferred
