Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Organize ware house operations and procedures and ensure these procedures are being followed by staff. Receive and organize shipments.

Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.

Inspect trucks/trailer each morning to ensure that it is loaded safely and correctly per the job order.

Use appropriate equipment in a safe and secure manner

Attend all required safety and training sessions as scheduled

Maintain Fork lift certification.

Unload and clean truck/trailer safely and correctly at the end of each day

Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED is preferred

Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred

Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects

Ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent organizational and time management skills
