    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Department: KidStrong Equipment

    Reports To: Manager, Equipment & Supply Chain

    FLSA Status: Full-time, Hourly

    Travel: 10%

    The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the KidStrong Equipment warehouse, working closely with the Equipment & Supply Chain Manager. This position involves managing the receiving, inspection, and organization of inventory, as well as maintaining accurate records of stock levels. The Warehouse Associate will ensure products are safely stored, prepared for shipment, and loaded for delivery in a timely and organized manner. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment are essential for success in this role.

    Please Note: The Warehouse is currently in Celina, TX but will be relocating to Allen, TX in August/September this year.

    Job Duties:

    Assists Equipment & Supply Chain Manager in managing all warehouse activities including, but not limited to…

    Fork lift operation during picking process

    Light assembly of products as required

    Picking, packing and shipping activities, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately

    Receiving and inspecting returns and authorizing replacement parts as needed

    Basic customer service support activities, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.

    Maintains accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and updating systems as necessary.

    Ensures products are safely and efficiently stored, prepared, and loaded for delivery.

    Follows safety protocols and best practices to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

    Completes other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team goals.

    Supports Equipment & Supply Chain Manager on calls, and communications and acting as a “resident expert” on equipment when necessary.

    Provides thoughtful solutions to reduce warehouse bottlenecks and organization.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    Class II fork lift certification

    Successfully manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

    Communicate with manager and vendors confidently/clearly and inspire confidence

    Attention to detail in performing tasks such as inventory management, order picking, and product inspection to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

    Professional Experience:

    Can demonstrate basic computer skills.

    1 to 2 years of warehouse operations, inventory and supply chain management
