Compensation Range

$18.00–$20.00/hr plus applicable Shift Differential of $1.50/hr

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 –Grinding is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work.

Required Years of Experience

None required.

Qualifications

· Operate grinding and tumbling equipment safely and efficiently.

· Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.

· Operate forklifts to move materials.

· Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.

· Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Follow all safety and operational procedures.

· Support the Warehouse team as needed.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

· Basic computer and math skills.

· Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

· Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

· Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Manufacturing experience.

· Forklift experience (training can be provided).

· Warehouse or production experience.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for extended periods.

· Ability to lift and move materials regularly.

· Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.

· Ability to work around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.

· Ability to wear required PPE at all times.
