Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Thrive 3PL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. From receiving and storing inventory to fulfilling orders and maintaining a clean workspace, you'll be an integral part of our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists or purchase orders.

Unload, unpack, and stock inventory items in designated storage areas.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to client specifications.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and ensure proper documentation.

Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits as needed.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is desirable but not mandatory.
