Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Mount Juliet, TN

Shift: M-F 6:45AM-3:00PM, Some Saturdays 5AM-1PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our busy distribution center. The primary responsibility of this role is to support warehouse operations by repackaging hygiene products into retail-ready formats for distribution to various retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repackage hygiene products (e.g., soaps, sanitizers, wipes, etc.) into retail-ready packaging according to company and customer specifications.

• Operate packaging equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

• Label and barcode packages accurately for inventory tracking and shipment.

• Inspect products for quality assurance before and after repackaging.

• Assemble product displays or promotional kits as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety protocols.

• Assist with general warehouse duties including sorting, palletizing, loading/unloading, and inventory counts.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding work progress and issues.

Pay Rate: $15
