    • AllSearch Recruiting has a client in the Precast concrete industry looking for a Warehouse Associate. Our client is known to help customers improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability in construction. The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, equipment operation, and facility organization. This role requires hands-on work with materials, packaging, powered equipment, and lifting of inventory in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Associate directly impacts order accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process inbound and outbound shipments daily
    • Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
    • Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies
    • Prepare outbound shipments including labeling, documentation, and staging
    • Maintain 99%+ order accuracy standard (or company-defined target)
    • Perform scheduled cycle counts (daily/weekly/monthly)
    • Investigate and reconcile inventory variances
    • Maintain inventory accuracy within company target thresholds
    • Update inventory management system in real time
    • Maintain organized storage locations and clear aisles
    • Follow 5S or internal warehouse organization standards
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols
    • Participate in routine facility clean-up and maintenance
    • Build boxes, crates, and custom packaging as required
    • Operate hand tools and power tools safely
    • Ensure packaging meets shipping and product protection standards
    • Maintain packaging supply inventory levels
    • Operate forklift to move, stage, and load materials
    • Operate overhead crane for heavy material handling
    • Complete daily equipment safety inspections
    • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
    • Experience operating forklift equipment
    • Experience operating overhead crane systems
    • Experience using hand tools and power tools
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently (or specify accurate weight requirement)
    • Ability to stand and move for 6–8 hour shifts
    • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 18.00/hour - 23.00/hour range plus full benefits
