Job Summary:

NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

Move and store products safely within the warehouse

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience required

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently

Experience with pallet jacks and/or forklifts

Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Basic English communication for instructions and safety

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Schedule & Work Conditions

Full-time position

Must be available to work Saturdays

Fast-paced warehouse environment

Must follow all safety procedures and company policies

Additional Information

Monthly pay schedule (No weekly or biweekly pay)

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
