    Job description: The warehouse associate plays a key role in our parts and logistics operation, with a focus on receiving and processing return material authorizations (RMAs), shipping and receiving inventory, and maintaining accurate records in our inventory system. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-comfortable, and able to navigate supplier websites and portals to research tracking and part information. Occasional driving using company vehicles to pick up or drop off parts at local suppliers may be required, but the role is primarily based in our warehouse environment. Core responsibilities include:

    Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities

    Process return material authorizations (RMAs), including packaging, labeling, and updating records

    Pull and prepare parts for internal use

    Stock inventory in appropriate locations and maintain organized shelving

    Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy

    Accurately enter transactions into the inventory management system

    Research shipping status and part details through supplier websites and portals

    Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or shipping issues

    Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

    Operate company vehicles occasionally for local parts pick-up and delivery

    Follow company procedures for documentation, labeling, and handling of parts and returns
