Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped while helping maintain the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facility.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Package products according to company quality standards.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.

• Move and stage raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.

• Support inventory counts and inventory accuracy.

• Keep workstations, equipment, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

• We're looking for reliable team players who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work for an entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to our Vista facility
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
