Responsibilities

• Maintain an extremely clean, organized workstation, warehouse and facility.
• Picking, packing, shipping small parcel. (UPS / FEDEX).
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. ? Receiving and shipping of LTL shipments according to procedures.
• Preparing documentation for LTL outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate scanning of serialized bar code into NetSuite.
• Monitor and ensure accurate inventory.
• Daily cycle counts.
• Ensure timely receiving of inventory and put into racking system via forklift.
• Champion 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Inspection and operating forklifts daily.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
• Highly organized
• Proven knowledge of shipping LTL freight.
• Experience picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Proficient in NetSuite or other ERP/WMS systems
• NetSuite RF Smart Technology experience.
• Excellent communicator — both written and verbal
• Experience in Excell, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Able to type 25 wpm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
