We are seeking a capable, reliable warehouse associate to help us fulfill customer orders, receive merchandise, and prepare for trade shows. You’ll keep our inventory organized, get customer orders ready for shipment, use FedEx and UPS shipping software, and prepare invoices. Other aspects include checking packages for any damage, reporting your findings to the operations manager, and making sure our warehouse space remains clean. Compensation: $55,000 per year plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Responsibilities: • Receive incoming stock to keep inventory accurate, neat, and organized • Pick, pack, and process customer orders on time • Fill and verify customer orders to ensure they are accurate and that clients are satisfied with their orders • Inspect products for any damage or defects, document your findings, and report them to the operations manager • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to all safety regulations • Operate the forklift to store and retrieve stock from the 2nd and 3rd level racking • Basic computer literacy in order to retrieve and print orders, invoice customers, and set up shipping. • Familiarity with DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipping software for domestic and international shipping Qualifications: • Must have great time management, organizational, and communication skills • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks is preferred • Applicants should be comfortable standing on their feet for long hours and constantly moving • Needs to be able to lift at least 25lbs • High school diploma or GED is preferred • Prior warehouse experience is a plus • Forklift experience and certification is preferred Compensation: $55,000 per year
