About the Role Join the Hempie’s Crew behind the scenes! Our warehouse team is the heartbeat of our operation, making sure every delivery, shipment, and store restock happens seamlessly across the galaxy (well, across North Carolina 🚛✨).

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who can keep things organized, efficient, and flowing. You’ll help receive, label, and organize inventory, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. When things get busy, you’ll thrive working both collaboratively and independently.

You’ll report directly to our Warehouse Manager, but you’ll also collaborate with our awesome store and events teams to keep Hempie’s moving at light speed.

What You’ll Do

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product shipments

Prepare outgoing deliveries to our Hempie’s retail locations

Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling and tracking

Keep warehouse areas tidy and compliant with safety standards

Assist with event setup and product restock as needed

Operate with efficiency and autonomy while maintaining strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must be 21 years or older (per NC hemp regulations)

✅ Able to comfortably lift at least 50 pounds unassisted

✅ Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Comfortable working both independently and on a team

✅ Prior experience in warehouse, retail stock, or logistics preferred

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to grow within Hempie’s!
