The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting the project management installation team with deliveries and material preparation. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our blind installation projects.

    Responsibilities:

    Receive, inspect, and store materials and products related to blind installations.

    Track and maintain accurate inventory records, including regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.

    Ensure that inventory is well-organized and easily accessible.

    Prepare and assemble orders for the installation team, ensuring all products are in good condition and ready for installation.

    Label and pack materials for delivery to job sites, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

    Assist with loading and unloading trucks for scheduled installations and deliveries.

    Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all tools, materials, and products are stored properly.

    Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the warehouse.

    Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders as needed.

    Coordinate with the project management and installation team to ensure all necessary materials are prepared and delivered to job sites on time.

    Occasionally assist in delivering products to job sites or support the installation team as needed.

    Inspect tools and equipment regularly, ensuring they are in good working condition.

    Record inbound and outbound shipments accurately in the warehouse management system.

    Report any damaged or missing inventory items promptly.

    Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for shipping and receiving.

    Some light assembly and packaging in support of order fulfillment.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
