Job description:
Walker's Fresh Foods is a manufacturer of various Salads and more. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle picking orders, rotating products and receiving raw materials.

HOURS 5A-2P MON-THURS AND FRIDAY 5A-12P
Job type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

** General Responsibilities and Duties:**
Maintain good housekeeping at all times (safe working environment)
Assist with implementation of changes, new methods and automated systems as appropriate
Ensure work instructions are being followed
Ensure performance meets daily targets (safety, cost, quality)
Identify unsafe conditions and/or behaviors and take action to resolve
Work closely with Materials Manager to identify and correct inventory inaccuracies
Be proactive and look for ways to cut costs and streamline processes
Ensure all GMP's are being followed
Maintain accurate recording of required paperwork
Ensure both shipping and receiving functions/tasks are accurately completed and on time
Maintain all warehouses, freezers, storage trailers and docks to GMP's and established standards
Communicate with Driver as to what materials need to be transferred from one facility to another
Job Requirements:
Able to adjust work schedule as needed
Able to communicate with all levels of employees
Lifting / bending as needed
Exposure to cool/cold working environment
High school diploma preferred
Spanish language a plus
We are willing to train, but we must feel you are eager to learn, and no task is too small. We appreciate knowledge you may have if you are experienced as well and might be able to work with the salary a little.
