Micone Staffing Resources is hiring Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution operation in Reno. You'll be part of the team responsible for getting orders picked, packed, organized, and out the door accurately and on time.

We're looking for people who show up, work safely, stay productive, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for dependable performers.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull merchandise for customer orders

• Package, label, palletize, and stage outgoing orders

• Use handheld RF scanners to locate and track inventory

• Move merchandise throughout warehouse and storage locations

• Load and unload product as assigned

• Operate manual or powered pallet jacks safely

• Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks

• Verify products and quantities before shipment

• Maintain established productivity and quality standards

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Support other warehouse departments when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, picking, or packing experience preferred

• RF scanner experience is a plus

• Pallet jack experience preferred

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain active throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable transportation

• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-moving team
