Micone Staffing Resources is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution facility in Reno. This Friday-through-Monday schedule is a great fit for someone who wants full-time hours while keeping Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday completely open.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull merchandise accurately for customer orders

• Use handheld RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory

• Move throughout pick modules, storage areas, and warehouse locations

• Package, label, palletize, and stage merchandise for shipment

• Load and unload product as assigned

• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks safely

• Replenish inventory and maintain organized product locations

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

• Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

• Assist other departments as needed to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred

• RF scanner experience preferred

• Pallet jack experience is a plus

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active throughout the shift

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work the complete Friday–Monday schedule

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
