Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations of an alarm company.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain organized and clean warehouse space to facilitate efficient movement of goods and ensure a safe working environment
· Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with records in the system
· Use inventory management software and other relevant tools to update inventory records, perform data entry, and generate reports as needed.
· Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
· Place materials orders and track for jobs, truck stock, service tickets, and general inventory.
· Deliver parts to jobsites
· Inspect, package items for shipping, and ship as assigned.
· Conduct truck inventory and adjustments.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid Driver's License
· Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
· Understanding of construction sites
· Experience in the alarm or electrical fields is helpful, but not necessary
Work Requirements:
· Ability to climb ladders
· Ability to lift weights up to 80 pounds
