Complete the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement a clean, organized, and structured warehouse both physically in appearance and through company's software management system.
- Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with records in the system
- Use inventory management software and other relevant tools to update inventory records, perform data entry, and generate reports as needed.
- Place materials orders and track for jobs, truck stock, service tickets, and general inventory.
- Inspect, package items for shipping, and ship as assigned.
- Conduct truck inventory and adjustments.
- Facilitate vehicle maintenance for fleet at the designated satellite location's warehouse. Actively collaborate and communicate with Fleet Management Team at the main office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with managing the hub's fleet.
- Part Returns including ensuring all parts needing returned are processed following protocol, including the handling and tracking of all RMA'S.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for handling, storing, and transporting goods, including hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Safety Liaison Touchpoint for location.
- Purchase and Manage Office Inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule all building maintenance if needed.
- Walk-in support when merited.
- Mail Processing and delegation.
- Review Invoices with technical services to review for red flags, opportunities for improvement, or inaccuracies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
- Understanding of construction sites
Work Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift weights up to 60 pounds
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on their feet
