Advanced Refrigeration & Air is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with a CDL. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual with hands-on experiences in warehouse operations, including retrieving, packaging, and delivering parts, as well as maintaining an organized warehouse. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Service and Construction Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with retrieving, packaging, and delivering parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, with concentration on the inventory areas.
• Delivering materials and parts to job sites – a company truck will be provided for work use
• Inventory Management – organizing and inventory counts
• Participation of on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Safe operations of warehouse equipment, including forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and scissor lift.
• Ability to navigate basic computer systems to perform data entry accurately.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Clean driving record is required, and valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, different temperatures, etc.)
• Ability to safely operate forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including email, data entry, and file management
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software quickly.
