Responsibilities:

Process and prepare client rental orders accurately for upcoming events.

Pull, count, inspect, and stage rental equipment according to work orders.

Load and unload rental equipment safely and efficiently.

Clean, inspect, and organize tables, chairs, linens, tents, dance floors, and other event rental equipment.

Ensure all rental items meet our quality standards before leaving the warehouse.

Return, inspect, clean, and restock equipment after events.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times.

Assist with inventory organization and warehouse projects.

Work closely with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.

Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Team player who is willing to learn and help wherever needed.

Previous warehouse or event rental experience is a plus, but not required.
