Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Screen incoming calls and provide requested information to clients.
- Maintain manager’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Compose and proofread routine correspondence.
- Prepare reports and process expense reports for each location.
- Invoice & Filing
- Review, code, and submit invoices for approval; send to Corporate for payment.
- Maintain filing systems for invoices and general correspondence.
- Office Management
- Order supplies and place service calls for office equipment.
- Maintain employee kitchen area (stocking supplies and small food items).

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
Work Environment
- Regular standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
- Some lifting and movement of office supplies.
