    Shift : Mon - Fri 8AM - 4PM $18.00

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support
      • Screen incoming calls and provide requested information to clients.
      • Maintain manager’s calendar and schedule meetings.
      • Compose and proofread routine correspondence.
      • Prepare reports and process expense reports for each location.
    • Invoice & Filing
      • Review, code, and submit invoices for approval; send to Corporate for payment.
      • Maintain filing systems for invoices and general correspondence.
    • Office Management
      • Order supplies and place service calls for office equipment.
      • Maintain employee kitchen area (stocking supplies and small food items).

      Requirements

      • High school diploma or GED.
      • 1–3 years of related experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
      • Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.

      Work Environment

      • Regular standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
      • Some lifting and movement of office supplies.
