    Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

    Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on shipping large appliances such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers. The ideal candidate will bring experience in warehouse logistics and clerical tasks, along with strong communication and computer skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to emails regarding orders, shipments, and scheduling.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) to manage documentation, track inventory, and maintain communication.

    • Perform data entry, update inventory, and manage shipping documentation within warehouse systems.

    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to locate, prepare, and stage appliances for delivery or pickup.

    • Verify the accuracy and labeling of incoming and outgoing shipments.

    • Maintain organized digital and physical records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.

    • Support inventory audits and participate in regular cycle counts.

    • Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, service teams, and customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in professional, timely email communication.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.

    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); AS400 experience is a plus.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a warehouse setting.
