Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure our luxury event inventory—furnishings, décor, tabletop, and more is handled, cleaned, staged, and transported safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires excellent organization, communication, and a strong sense of teamwork. A “no task too small” attitude is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment. Weekend availability is required during peak event seasons.

Key Responsibilities

· Load and unload trucks; safely operate forklifts and order pickers

· Wrap, secure, and stage all rental items for transport

· Organize outgoing and returning orders for smooth warehouse workflow

· Verify packing lists, maintain inventory accuracy, and check for damages

· Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams for timely departures/returns

· Keep warehouse and dock clean, organized, and safe at all times

· Uphold luxury standards in how items are handled, prepped, and presented in coordination with inventory/visual merchandising specialist

· Participate in safety checks, training sessions, and compliance processes

· Support team members across departments with an all-hands-on-deck mindset

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience

· Forklift/picker certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

· (Preferred): Experience in event rentals, hospitality, or inventory systems
