The Warehouse Coordinator at M&M Quality Solutions is an experienced warehouse professional responsible for performing routine warehouse office duties, serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for team members, as well as serving as the liaison between Account Management and the Warehouse within a fast‑paced third‑party logistics (3PL) environment. While this role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, the Warehouse Coordinator provides operational guidance, may assist with training, and closely supports the Warehouse Supervisor, Director of Operations, and Sr. Account Manager.
Be the air traffic controller of daily inbound and outbound orders for all customers for the warehouse.
Perform cycle counts of customer inventory on a proactive and as needed basis.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
Comfortable working in an office environment and using technology (WMS, Microsoft Products, Outlook).
Solid communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically active environment.
Help troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
Serve as a go‑to resource for questions from Account Managers.
Batch orders to ensure efficient picking and that the Warehouse ships clean each day.
Communicate daily metrics to Warehouse Supervisor and Director of Operations.
Comfortable recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, or service quality.
Promote safe work habits and reinforce compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Report hazards, equipment issues, or safety violations promptly.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
Shadow and support the Warehouse Supervisor in areas such as task coordination, documentation, and basic administrative duties.
Provide backup support in the supervisor’s absence, when appropriate.
