Job Title: Event Warehouse Crew Member

Hourly Rate: $24 - $27 /hour (based on experience)

About the Role: We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Crew Member who values efficiency, accuracy, and follow-through. This role is for someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and contributes to a team that prioritizes execution over noise.
Responsibilities
- Pull and stage inventory accurately and on schedule
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while protecting inventory
- Pack and prep materials to ensure smooth event execution
- Receive, inspect, clean, and restock returned items
- Maintain accurate inventory and flag issues immediately
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks as needed
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and workflow-focused
- Support event installs and breakdowns when required

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs (team lifts for heavier items)
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
- Consistent attendance and reliability required
- Comfortable with flexible hours (occasional nights/weekends if needed)
- Inventory or barcode system experience a plus
- Hands-on skills (repairs, tools, builds) a plus
